Interdependence: The European-American Connection in the Global Context
The "management of international interdependence" is today's political and academic byword. Neither punditry nor original scholarship, this study usefully catalogues the conventional wisdom on the subject. It attempts to integrate the manifestations of economic, military, political and ecological interdependence in both the North Atlantic and global settings, and sometimes succeeds. The author has provided an excessively wordy and taxonomic, but convenient, primer.
