Professor Mancke of Fletcher School tells his story in his title; a bit breathlessly, he takes a stand on almost every issue of the recent past and near future. The Trade Policy Research Centre brought together the contributors to the second book who worry about the impact of the oil crisis on the international trading and financial system. Gihel's pieces appeared in La Revue de l'Énergie during 1974 and 1975 and covered technical, economic and political issues.
