Women and the Military
A study of the controversial role of women in the U.S. armed forces. The work, well organized and documented to the degree possible in this "soft" area of public policy, sharply marshals for debate both the practical issues - numbers, quality, trends, strength, aptitude - and the emotional issue - combat.
