It is interesting that the most thorough book yet written on the Conference on European Security and Cooperation negotiations should be by a Yugoslav scholar. Acimovic, who was on the Yugoslav delegation, writes with an approach that is, as you might expect, nonaligned, and is also historically objective. He is especially informative on Yugoslav positions and policies, as he had access to unpublished Yugoslav material.
