Workers' Participation in an Internationalized Economy

Great variety in a short compass, including theory, fieldwork, Marxist views and analyses of the attitudes of Turkish and Yugoslav workers to participation in the management of German enterprises (and the German unions' view of them). One cannot add up the results but there are interesting insights and a good review of the literature in a complex field of growing significance.
