Sovereignty Over Natural Resources

In a study sponsored by UNITAR, an Indian expert on international law and organization provides a good analytical account of the long argument in the U.N. over the control of natural resources. He is not, however, altogether persuasive in foreseeing a happy ending based on new concepts of sovereignty in interdependence-though one hopes he is right.
