Books on energy flow more freely than the oil they are mostly about. The first two focus in an interesting manner on the possibilities of cooperation between OPEC and OECD countries with the special aim of helping the poorest countries (though Odell and Vallenilla have greater ambitions). Grathwohl, scientific director of the Bundeswehr's Fiihrungsakademie, provides a largely technical review that sees oil and coal holding until fusion and solar power take over.
