Norway's oil provokes some interesting questions: relations with OPEC and IEA, the rate of development, the use of the resources to promote industrial development, and relations with the Soviet Union in the Barents Sea. This brief book by a former American diplomat who has long lived in Norway considers all these in an enlightening way. Not the last word, but an excellent survey.
