To the numerous papers presented to the OPEC-sponsored First Oxford Energy Seminar, Mr. Mabro adds an interesting summary of discussions which tried to find common ground between producers and consumers about their interests and about the agenda for future negotiations. Though the papers for the sixth annual Colorado conference are miscellaneous in subject and uneven in quality, most are short enough for easy skimming.
