Restructuring The GATT System
After a thoughtful and expert examination of proposals for strengthening GATT, Professor Jackson of the University of Michigan Law School proposes a new World Trade Organization. It would accommodate many different kinds of economies and would tie together more limited arrangements (including GATT) in which smaller numbers of countries would want to participate.
