Please provide all of the following information or we will not be able to complete your request. Permission is normally granted and a fee is assessed for articles to which Foreign Affairs holds the copyright. In cases where an author has retained the copyright, the most current address on file will be provided. Please expect a three (3) to four (4) week processing time for each request.
