Latin America's New Internationalism: The End of Hemispheric Isolation

Edited by Robert W. Fontaine and James D. Theberge

Praeger, 1976, 327 pp.

More useful, and more skillfully assembled than most such compilations, these twelve essays devoted to an important and often neglected subject cover all geographic regions and political groupings as well as specific topics such as energy, arms, nuclear proliferation and raw materials. Robert Fontaine contributes a salutary and interesting historical overview.
