Canada Challenged: The Viability of Confederation
Canadian Institute of International Affairs, 1979, 355 pp.
Canadian academics are, quite understandably, devoting the lion's part of their energies to examining their country's future. These essays speculate on what Canada would be like with greater centralization and with less. Donald Story's discussion of federal and provincial jurisdictions in foreign affairs is particularly interesting for the American reader.
