Germany Will Try It Again
Reynal, 1944, 238 pp.
This book has an important message meriting wide attention despite the awkwardness with which it has been composed and presented. The author served as Berlin correspondent of the Chicago Tribune from 1914 to 1941 and can justly claim to know the German people well. On the basis of this long observation, she is convinced that a German comeback -- in World War III -- is only a question of how long it takes Germany to divide her present enemies and lull them once again into complacency.
