The Problem of Disarmament

By Richard Schmidt and Adolf Grabowsky
Heymanns, 1933
235 pp.

The revised English edition of a valuable supplement of the Zeitschrift für Politik. The volume consists of a number of essays by leading German authorities (Neurath, Curtius, Groener, Schaer, Schwendemann, Montgelas, and others) dealing with all aspects of the disarmament problem and the conference. The various articles naturally enough reflect the German viewpoint, but for that very reason they will be of particular interest to the English-speaking world. In the appendices the editors have brought together the essential documentary and statistical material.
