World Revolution and the U. S. S. R

By Michael T. Florinsky
Macmillan, 1933
278 pp. $2.00

This is an interesting analysis of the theory of the world revolution, together with a sketch of its history and evolution under the Bolshevik régime. The author's conclusion is that the present rulers of Soviet Russia have abandoned their efforts at world revolution in order to devote their strength to consolidating the revolution at home.
