Die Duitsche Herbewapening

By Baron Van Voorst Tot Voorst
Moorman, 1936
108 pp.

It is unfortunate that this informative book by a Dutch major-general is not available to more readers, since it contains a strikingly concrete appraisal of Germany's new army, the efficiency of which the author judges to be greater now than in 1914. He faces the possibility that his own country may be drawn into the next (and probably undeclared) war.
