Pachitch Et L'union Des Yougoslaves

Pachitch Et L'union Des Yougoslaves

By Count Sforza

Gallimard, 1938, 253 pp.

This is at once an interesting biography of the Serbian statesman, about whom very little has been written in Western languages, and a history of the movement for South Slav unity. Count Sforza was closely associated with Pašić at Corfu; later, as Italian Foreign Minister, he followed a policy friendly to the new Jugoslavia. His book thus has the virtue of being in considerable part a personal memoir.
