An International Bill of the Rights of Man
An International Bill of the Rights of Man
By H. Lauterpacht
Columbia University Press, 1945, 230 pp.

The contents of this book were originally presented as lectures during 1942-43. Some of the problems for which the author proposes solutions have by now been taken care of, at least temporarily, by the United Nations Charter. Others of his suggestions would appear, however desirable in the abstract, to be politically unobtainable.
