Wrath in Burma

By Fred Eldridge
Doubleday, 1946
320 pp. $3.00

The author was public relations officer to General Stilwell in the CBI Theater and is passionately loyal to him in this forthright account of the Burma campaign. Before he gets through telling his story, Mr. Eldridge has ventilated a lot of grudges against sundry British, Chinese and American personalities and has exposed quite an assortment of dirty linen to public gaze.
