Fin D'une Europe

By Georges Bonnet
Éditions du Cheval Ailé, 1948
433 pp.

In this second volume of his "Défense de la Paix," M. Bonnet continues to justify his conduct of French foreign policy from Munich to the outbreak of war. He bases his story on documents concealed from the Nazis and for part of which at least there are said to be no other available copies. He reiterates that his devotion to peace was in the best interests of his country and was supported by the government of which he was a member and by the French parliament.
