Les Accords Secrets Franco-Anglais De Décembre 1940

By Prince Xavier De Bourbon

The Prince relates the story of the secret negotiations begun late in 1940 between the Canadian Minister at Vichy (acting for Lord Halifax) and Professor Chevalier of Grenoble (friend of Pétain). The narrative is most complimentary to Chevalier but fails to prove that his rôle as intermediary had any real importance.
