Failure in Japan
Failure in Japan
By Robert B. Textor
Day, 1951, 262 pp

Perhaps underestimating some of the American achievements in the occupation of Japan, the author is principally concerned with what he feels to be the failure to make positive assurances of a future democratic Japan. The author's recommendations concerning the Japanese economy, labor and the peace treaty indicate his own confidence that such assurances are possible.
