Capitalism and Socialism on Trial

Arguing in the framework of the under-consumptionist tradition, Mr. Sternberg elaborates his thesis that capitalism was kept afloat by imperialism, that imperialism is no longer a feasible support and hence that the new international order, which he definitely does not identify with the Soviet system, must be Socialist.
