Red Flag in Japan
Red Flag in Japan
By Rodger Swearingen and Paul Langer
Harvard University Press (for the International Secretariat, Institute of Pacific Relations), 1952, 276 pp.

Two well-trained students, making use of Japanese, Chinese and Russian sources, tell the story of the Communist movement in Japan. While going back to the party's origin after the Russian Revolution, the authors are primarily concerned with the revival of organized Communism after 1945.
