The Ultimate Weapon

By Oleg Anisimov

Regnery, 1953, 163 pp.

The author's proposal for a vigorous political warfare aimed at unseating the Soviet régime leaves some very decisive questions unanswered. But the main value of the book to American readers is the stimulating and rather original analysis of the state of the world by a man who is a refugee from Eastern Europe--he lived for many years in Riga--and who also comprehends the present mood in Western Europe.
