This reference work is a revised edition of Chalmers and Hood Phillips' "Constitutional Laws of Great Britain, the British Empire and Commonwealth" (1946), now out of print. The present volume includes some entirely new chapters on the general characteristics of the British constitution, delegated legislation and Ceylon, and a revision of most other chapters.
