History of Economic Analysis

A posthumous publication of an uncompleted manuscript that Dr. Schumpeter had been working on for a decade before his death in 1950. Designed as a "history of the intellectual efforts that men have made in order to understand economic phenomena," it is a monumental if somewhat amorphous collection of analyses, expositions and insights into economic theory, history, sociology and related sciences.
