A mixed bag of essays, written in 1973-74 and therefore dated, but of generally high quality, covering greater power interests, strategic questions, developments in the Arab world, and the Persian Gulf. The authors are the usual team of Israeli experts plus a few Americans, including William Quandt, Geoffrey Kemp and R. K. Ramazani.
