The reissue of Stone's first-hand news stories on the movement of European Jews to Palestine in 1946 serves the purpose of confirming his credentials to speak his mind now in ways distasteful to the "establishment," as in his recent article "Confessions of a Jewish Dissident" (also reprinted here).
