Irrwege der Politischen Ökonomie
Irrwege der Politischen Ökonomie

It is hardly news when "the errors of political economy" are said to include models that do not match actual cases, dehumanizing the subject, and widening the gap between theory and reality. But it is rare to find these criticisms made so systematically and with such fine illustrations as in this pungent book by a Berlin professor. As the targets include Ricardo, Marx and Keynes as well as more recent savants, one is awed by the conclusion that "the economists have to rewrite their textbooks." Unfortunately, we are left to wonder how.
