Sharing a widespread dissatisfaction with the current theory of international trade and investment, Professor Grossack of Indiana sets about trying to make it simpler and more realistic. To do both at once is probably impossible, but his efforts illuminate a number of points, especially when he takes nationality instead of territory as the basis for defining international transactions.
