These three additions to the 17-volume New International Economic Order Library are made up of papers of varying length and depth dealing with central issues and major points of view. The latter are largely those of Third World authors, sometimes working collectively. The Latin American volume is of special interest because the joint sponsor of the series, with UNITAR, is the Centro de Estudios Economicos y Sociales del Tercer Mundo, in Mexico.
