No satisfactory antitrust arrangements covering many countries have ever been worked out but the subject is an important one. The conference reported here dealt with newer aspects of the subject-technology transfer, transnational corporations and codes for their conduct-along with the older problems of cartels and size. This is the best work in this field for some years.
