Business in the Public Eye
Business in the Public Eye
By G. A. Wagner

In a book that is unusual because it says nothing about what Western business can learn from Japan, the chairman of Royal Dutch Shell comments interestingly on the power of private business and how it should be used, the importance of competition and the advisability of openness in the organization of international business. He believes that a binding international code of conduct for international business is impossible because governments will not tie their hands.
