Soviet/East European Survey, 1983-84: Selected Research and Analysis From Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty

One of the lesser-known activities of Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty is a research program which produces reports of high quality on contemporary developments which are of great benefit to broadcasters, officials, professors and students. In what is billed as the first of a series of annual volumes, this one covering the year up to mid-1984, 65 of these reports, selected and introduced by Professor Mastny, are now made available to a wider readership.
