On Power and Ideology: The Managua Lectures

Mr. Chomsky's views ("the primary concern of U.S. foreign policy is to guarantee the freedom to rob and to exploit") are virtually identical with the views of the Sandinistas and other Nicaraguans in support of their revolution. These 1986 lectures delivered in Managua are therefore a good source for an understanding of the present hostile dialogue between the two governments.
