Crossing Frontiers: Explorations In International Political Economy
Crossing Frontiers: Explorations In International Political Economy
By Benjamin J. Cohen
West-view Press, 1991, 336 pp

Cohen of the Fletcher School has not only written excellent books on a variety of aspects of international economic relations but has devoted much talent to breaking down some of the barriers that economists and political scientists have set up between their disciplines. The fruitful results of his work are well demonstrated in this collection of very good papers on such subjects as banking and American foreign policy, the dollar and American-European relations, Britain and the European Community, Reagan policies and American nationalism, the politics and economics of relations between debtors and creditors, the reform of the international monetary system and imperialism.
