Palestinians and their supporters in the United States have long lamented the pro-Israel tilt in American foreign policy. In this volume, analysts look at the reasons for American hostility to the concept of Palestinian self-determination. Each presidency is examined in essays of uneven quality. Still, not much has been written on this topic, and the best of these studies merit attention.
